We are pleased to announce the opening of ACE Daylight Studio & Lounge for the 2015 production season. The 7,500 square foot space is located within the new ACE Props warehouse location. In addition to the studio is 20,000 square feet of endless revolving inventory of props & sets with set construction readily available on hand.

At ground level: 2,500 square foot daylight studio / cyc wall / 22 foot ceilings / three phase hook up at 200 amps / make up stations and changing room.

On the 2nd floor: 5,000 square feet of lounge & bar lined with concrete walls / decadent warehouse windows & a curated assemblage of vintage & industrial furniture / art & decor.

On the south wing 2nd floor: From the production room there is access to a bi level roof top with nothing but blue skies.

Parking: 15,000 square foot gated parking also available for staging.

Depending on the size of your production, the studio rate ranges from $1,200 to $2,000 (10 hours) and includes the 2nd floor lounge.

Event Venue Rental

Are you looking for a venue for your event? We have what you are looking for and you need to look no further! Ace Prop House and Studios may not be one of the more affordable event venues in Miami but we consider ourselves the most unique! 

We are open and ready for business all week long, Monday through Friday from 9am - 6pm and we even offer service around the clock via email so do not hesitate to call or email us. We are even here on Saturdays from 10am - 2pm, so do not hesitate to call with questions about your next event venue rental! 

We moved into our current location over 5 years ago and worked tirelessly to renovate the space and curate our brand new event space for lease, which is ready for anyone looking to book a venue for an event. 

Our space is one of the more unique event spaces in town featuring vintage furniture, ambient light fixtures throughout and the unique touch of the people that work here. So whether you are searching for special event venues near you or just trying to find inexpensive event spaces, look no further because we are a turnkey operation that is ready to go at a moment's notice!
